We are seeking a friendly and professional bartender with three years of bar experience to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, create classic and original cocktails, and provide excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities: • Prepare and serve drinks in line with company standards., • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner., • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised bar area., • Manage stock, conduct stocktakes, and restock supplies as required., • Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system., • Check identification and follow licensing, food safety, and hygiene regulations., • Support event setup and work collaboratively with the wider team during busy service periods. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred, along with knowledge of cocktails, responsible alcohol service, and food safety standards.
