Brief Description of the role:
To maintain and ensure the general running of the building on a day-to-day basis. Opening and securing buildings. Setting up for room hire. Covering reception evenings and weekends.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Painting and Decorating
· Gardening
· Room Setups
· Cleaning and maintaining of the grounds.
· Managing the recycling
· General maintenance
· Interacting with the public
· Housekeeping duties may be required.
Skills Required
· Some previous experience preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must be a team player.
· Good communication skills
· Required Health and Safety training will be given.
