As we continue to grow and redefine the dining experience for our guests, we're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled
Chef de Partie to join our team.
The ideal candidate has as a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fine dining restaurants, particularly those specializing in Japanese cuisine.

Main duties:
  • To maintain high quality standards in staff performance, food production and presentation service procedures.
  • To ensure food preparation and presentation meets agreed standards of service at all times.
  • To Ensure all kitchen appliances are kept clean and are well maintained and report any anomalies to the Head Chef.
  • To become knowledgeable and competent in food costs in order to provide recommendations to the Head Chef.
  • To manage a station and ensure its performance and productivity, according to set service standards and procedures.
  • To perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of food production
  • Ensure the correct cleaning and sanitising chemicals are used in compliance with EHO standards in the kitchen and take corrective action as required.
  • Is fully aware of his/ her work schedule and ensures adequate notice is given with circumstances when he/ she is prevented from adhering to the schedule.
  • Reports any incidents, complaints, suspicious persons or safety hazards immediately.
  • To work with fellow colleagues ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner.
  • To have an understanding of and adhere to the restaurant rules and regulations and in particular the policies relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
