Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through our online support channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with resolving issues and complaints, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update customer records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
