Due to our recent success, we are looking for a successful INVENTORY CLERK who has a drive to succeed and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be methodical and reliable. If you are looking for a new challenge with a professional & very established company then this could be the role for you! Very Competitive earnings of £25,000 - £35,000. Role & Responsibilities: Compiling a Schedule of Condition Report prior to tenants moving in. Carrying out final inspections when the tenant has vacated the property post tenancy. Accept or decline tasks via email when prompted. Collect and deliver keys back to agent in order to complete tasks. Download any amend your work from home afterwards. The Ideal Person: You will have the excellent administration skills. You will have 12 months minimum experience in estate agency. You will have exceptional customer service skills. You will have your own computer or laptop. You will have a full UK driving licence & access to a car.
