Third Party Claims Supervisor Ringway Sandy, SG19 1SD Ringway, a trusted provider of highways services to the public sector, is seeking an experienced Third Party Claims Supervisor. You will lead a small team responsible for managing a range of third party and public liability claims. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of producing high-quality cost packs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives. Acting as a central point of escalation for complex or high-priority cases, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver excellent outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the team in collating documentation and reconciling costs to deliver accurate, high-quality cost packs., • Drive process improvements based on client feedback and evolving requirements., • Work with operational and commercial teams to streamline workflows, reduce internal queries, and shorten resolution times., • Oversee investigations into public liability claims, ensuring correct assessment of liability and timely claimant responses., • Liaise with police forces to obtain reports and details relevant to claims, overseeing payment processing for records., • Support and supervise negotiations with insurers, ensuring recoveries are allocated accurately in collaboration with finance., • Produce regular high-level progress reports to support performance tracking and decision-making., • Undertake additional duties as required to support team and organisational objectives.
