About the Role As our Operations Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in both internal operations and client delivery. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. Perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and enjoys getting stuck in to make things happen. You’ll work closely with our founder and wider team to ensure everything runs like clockwork, whether it’s supporting initiatives, managing logistics, or helping keep projects on track. What You’ll Be Doing Project & Client Support • Support the coordination and delivery of client projects, workshops, and internal initiatives., • Act as a point of contact for clients and partners, helping to keep communication flowing., • Prepare materials, notes, and follow-ups to support project milestones and client touchpoints. Operational Support • Run with the day-to-day admin that keeps the business running, such as calendars, scheduling, document management, and general coordination., • Support the smooth delivery of internal and external meetings, events, and collaborative sessions., • Help identify and implement ways to streamline processes and improve our ways of working. Team Collaboration • Work closely with the wider team to provide hands-on support across a range of dynamic, purpose-driven projects., • Bring your own ideas to the table! What We’re Looking For You don’t need a traditional ops background, but you should be someone who enjoys getting things done, staying organised, and helping others succeed.
