Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid (Office based but with travel to clients) Sales Manager role located in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, we primarily operate in the Automotive and Motorsport industries but do have an expanding portfolio of clients in the Defence and Scientific markets. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and contributing to sales strategies to achieve business objectives. About you • Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior business development role within engineering or manufacturing, • Strong understanding of CNC machining, manufacturing services, or engineered systems (automotive, off-highway, industrial, aerospace, or similar sectors), • Technically minded, with the ability to understand drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Results-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute, • Willingness to travel within the UK (and occasionally internationally if required) What we offer: • Competitive salary and performance-related bonus, • Opportunity to play a key role in a well-established UK manufacturing business, • Collaborative working environment with strong engineering support, • Long-term career development within a growing organisation
