GOT THE T SHIRT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality, tailored visual content for our clothing wholesale business. This role is essential to supporting the design, development, and production of unique apparel collections, seasonal campaigns, and promotional material that align with our brand vision and market trends.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising and producing compelling visual assets across a variety of formats, including garment prints, embroidered artwork, packaging elements, lookbooks, catalogues, and e-commerce content. You will collaborate closely with our product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure all designs are commercially relevant, brand-aligned, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Design original graphics and artwork tailored specifically for clothing and apparel items. Develop mock-ups, print layouts, and embroidery templates for wholesale product lines. Create visual content for digital and print marketing campaigns including catalogues, flyers, and packaging. Liaise with fabric printing teams and manufacturers to ensure correct application of designs. Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual materials. Research fashion and design trends to ensure all outputs are up-to-date and competitive. Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative briefs, target audiences, and campaign objectives. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Requirements:
A degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in apparel or textile design (preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing graphic work for clothing or related sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Understanding of print processes, garment construction, and textile specifications. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to feedback and work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
