Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager Due to continued expansion of our client, we require a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our close-knit dynamic team Main duties and responsibilities include: Social Media & Webshop Creation of creative and media assets/content. Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Monitor trends and adapt content ideas to maximise engagement and reach. Maintain website visuals. Engage with customers outreaching with web/social enquiries. Optimise new and existing content to drive organic traffic. Creation of e-shots and newsletters. Campaign Ideas & Creative Support Develop creative concepts, copy hooks, and ad angles for paid campaigns. Ensure brand tone of voice and messaging remain consistent across all channels. Design engaging and visually appealing images. Provide creative input and support for ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns. Person Specification: 2+ years’ experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role. Strong video editing skills for short-form platforms (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). Basic design/editing ability in Canva or Figma for quick visuals. Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across social platforms. Creative thinker with a track record of delivering campaign ideas that cut through. Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in Microsoft Office 365. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent writing skills for both short-form (social captions, ads) and long-form (blogs). Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimisation.
