Our innovative products are used in important industries such as the decommissioning of hydrocarbon wells and the dismantling of oil and gas platforms (onshore and offshore), explosive ordnance disposal and ship recycling. We are looking for you as International Business Development Manager* Offshore (>700 bar) for our Homebase in Great Yarmouth as soon as possible on a full-time position. Work is exclusively remote, so your location is irrelevant. Our benefits: • exclusively remote work, • flexible working hours, • 24 days vacation, • pensum scheme Does this appeal to you? • Global strategic business development and sales in the decommissioning sector, • Identifying market trends and customer needs, monitoring competitors, understanding supply chains in the offshore sector (>700 bar), and using this information to identify risks, opportunities, and changes, • Developing sales strategies (based on market analyses, company goals, and pricing strategies), • Maintaining regular contact with and supporting existing customers and prospects, actively approaching potential new customers - acting as a decision-maker, • Actively following up on proposals, conducting negotiations, and concluding contracts with customers, • Representing the company at national and international trade shows and during customer presentations or networking events which includes holding speeches at also conferences and seminars, • Liaison with the internal sales team, regular exchange of information, development of a sales funnel (if necessary, preparation of quotations), • Traveling worldwide (50–60% travel time in peak seasons) Is that you? • Essential experience in the Offshore Decom sector, • Several years of international experience in active sales in Offshore industries, • Offshore experience with a technical background and experience with abrasives, • An independent optimist and motivator with an analytical and solution-orientated approach who takes responsibility and makes decisions, • Feeling comfortable holding speeches in front of a wide audience, • Goal-orientated way of working, considering all challenges and customer requirements, • Very well organized, structured and economical way of working, thinking outside the box, • Team player with a hands-on mentality, communicative, intercultural and assertive, • Very good MS Office skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, • Very good written and spoken English skills We look forward to receiving your informative application documents by e-mail with your CV and references, stating your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date, to Ms Doreen Graw, , phone: +49 (0) 451-58380-65. • All designations refer to people of all genders
