Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, BIAB, nail art, massages, and facials.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation in line with health & safety standards.
- Offer personalised consultations and help clients choose the perfect treatments and colours.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Promote additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction.
- Support the team and contribute to the smooth running of the salon.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon or spa.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about beauty.
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the business.
