We are looking for an office manager to oversee a range of administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key duties include managing phone, internet, and other bills, handling administrative tasks related to Companies House, and coordinating office management under the supervision of the Office advisor and the Company Directors. This role is essential to ensuring efficient office operations and regulatory compliance. You absolutely need at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, perfect written and spoken English, and the right to work in the UK.

Excellent telephone manor and face to face customer service aptitude is a must. Great computer skill and knowledge of systems such as Word, Excel, Teams, Microsoft. Excellent communicator in both verbal and written English. 2 years established previous experience in reception and administration duties.
