About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Care Worker to provide care and support to children and young people, helping them develop emotionally, physically, and independently. You will play a key role in safeguarding their welfare, promoting positive development, and ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment.
Key Requirements
• Experience in social care, education, or working with young people.
• Understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and managing challenging behavior.
• Willingness to complete or already hold a Level 4 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Full UK driving license (desirable).
