Requirements: Extensive experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development. Financial acumen with experience in cost control and inventory management. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during busy periods. Progression: Continued professional development through training and industry engagement. Potential for roles in larger operations or multi-site management within the restaurant group.
