We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail team members to support the Concession Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and memorable shopping experience., • Share your knowledge of our handcrafted chocolates, helping customers choose products and gifts with confidence., • Support the Line Manager with the day-to-day tasks, • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and any concerns professionally and efficiently., • Ensure the area is beautifully presented at all times, maintaining high visual merchandising standards., • Monitor stock levels, replenish displays and assist with stock deliveries and inventory counts., • Operate the till and process transactions accurately using the POS system., • Ensure company policies, food safety standards and Selfridges operating procedures are followed at all times., • Assist with opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised and welcoming concession. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient running. Support sales staff in assisting customers with product selection and purchases. Monitor sales performance and staff productivity, implementing corrective actions where necessary to improve operational outcomes. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and refunds professionally, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management and suppliers to resolve operational challenges, manage stock availability, address customer issues, and coordinate merchandising requirements. Report on sales performance, staffing, inventory, and operational issues to management.
