Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords. You’ll ensure properties are maintained to high standards, manage tenancy issues, and coordinate maintenance and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of rental properties across London Serve as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants Conduct property inspections and organise necessary maintenance Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements (e.g., gas certificates, EICRs) Coordinate tenancy start and end processes, including inventory checks and deposit returns Handle tenant queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records using property management software Assist in marketing and letting vacant properties when needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM or property management systems ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
