Support Worker - Mulbury care - Birmingham

Support the coordination of personalised care and administrative activities within supported living services. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining clear and accurate records., • Communicating effectively with care staff and the people receiving support., • Supporting spot checks and helping to monitor the quality and consistency of care., • Completing administrative tasks in the office., • Covering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately., • Assisting with rota coordination and updates., • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the service. You will work collaboratively with the team to help ensure support is delivered consistently and in line with individual care plans. A compassionate, organised, and reliable approach is essential, along with strong communication skills and respect for dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
