Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
  • Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
  • Administer or support with medication in line with training and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate care records and complete daily documentation.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Safeguard vulnerable adults by recognising and reporting concerns in accordance with safeguarding procedures.
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and health and safety policies.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is caring, patient, and empathetic.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to providing outstanding care.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Is flexible to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Has previous care or support experience (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).
