IMH Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Receptionists to join our client’s Family Hubs in Barnsley. • 1 x Full Time Role – until 22/05/2026, • 1 x Part Time Role – until 05/06/2026 (hours discussed at interview) Key Duties: • Provide a welcoming, professional reception service to families and professionals (face-to-face, phone & email), • Deliver high-quality customer service and handle enquiries efficiently, • Provide general and complex administrative support, • Manage bookings, meeting rooms, agendas and minutes, • Handle post, filing (manual & electronic) and data entry, • Support financial processes including invoices, petty cash and record keeping, • Maintain stock levels and office supplies, • Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team Requirements: • 4 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, or substantial relevant experience, • Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook), • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain), • Willingness to work flexibly and undertake training Hours & Pay: • Monday to Friday | Service hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, • £14.82 per hour | Weekly pay via agency, • 1 x Full Time Role – until 22/05/2026, • 1 x Part Time Role – until 05/06/2026 (hours discussed at interview) Sounds like you?
