Job Description- Senior Vehicle Artist Remote (UK, Germany or the Netherlands) About Us Motorsport Games is a racing game developer, publisher and esports ecosystem provider of official motorsport racing series, including the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans endurance race and the associated FIA World Endurance Championship (the “WEC”) which we represent in our recent release Le Mans Ultimate on PC. Our portfolio also includes the KartKraft karting simulation game, as well as Studio 397’s previous title rFactor 2 - a realistic racing simulator technology and platform. rFactor 2 also powers F1® Arcade through a partnership with Kindred Concepts. Our purpose is to make the thrill of motorsports accessible to everyone by creating the highest quality, most sophisticated and innovative experiences for racers, gamers and fans of all ages. Our products and services target a large global motorsport and video games audience. We are also striving to become a leader in organising and facilitating esports tournaments, competitions, and events for our licensed racing games. We create and own the technology for RaceControl, a unique system that powers skill-based matchmaking, statistics and server management (amongst other) behind our titles, whilst also offering an optional subscription. As a Senior Vehicle Artist, you will play a key role in maintaining and raising visual and technical standards across vehicle production, working closely with our internal team and external partners to deliver highly accurate, performance-optimised assets. Your experience will help shape best practices, support consistency, and contribute to the ongoing development of our vehicle art pipelines. Alongside hands-on asset creation, you will have the opportunity to mentor others, share knowledge, and help refine workflows as our projects and teams continue to grow. You will collaborate closely with production, licensing and technical stakeholders to ensure vehicles meet creative, technical and approval requirements. This role offers a balance of craft, responsibility and influence, working on motorsport titles where authenticity, realism and attention to detail are central to the player experience. This role reports to the Executive Producer, who is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project. The Senior Vehicle Artist will work closely with the Executive Producer to align vehicle art production with project priorities, schedules and quality expectations, providing input on scope, progress and risks within the vehicle art discipline and supporting effective cross-team collaboration. The Role Studio 397 and Motorsport Games are looking for a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Artist to create stunning 3D representations of cars in our latest title, Le Mans Ultimate, the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans – a racing simulation available on PC and planned to release on current generation PlayStation and Xbox consoles by end of 2026/early 2027. We are looking for an experienced vehicle artist with a video games background that can help us bring incredible race cars to life in our custom graphics and physics engine. This role is remote but only open to applicants based within the UK, Germany or the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high quality motor racing cars in 3D modelling tools, focusing on visual output, technical quality and a high level of accuracy to the real life counterpart. Your technical and practical abilities will be well developed, and you’ll be able to grasp new concepts and programs quickly, as well as participating in R&D of new techniques to implement into the production pipeline’. Responsibilities • Be responsible for recreating real life car models as close to reality as possible, • Work and clearly communicate with a small internal art team to create exceptional art, • Where required, work with external artists to supplement the internal team, • Utilise CAD and photographic references, • Work with existing documented methods bur also push the team forward with new techniques and other ways to improve, • Liaise with licencing teams to get models approved by licensors, • Optimise models to ensure best performance, • Mentor other artists as a senior member of the team Requirements • In order to be considered for this role, you must provide a portfolio showing wireframes and uvw layouts of vehicle modelling examples fit for video game usage, • Strong English Skills both written and spoken., • Have a portfolio demonstrating your skills and experience in 3D modelling for vehicle art, • 5+ years of professional game development experience, • Experience of recreating real life motorsport environments for real time video games., • Excellent Modelling, UVW and Texturing skills., • High levels of competence with 3ds Max or Blender, Photoshop and Substance packages., • Experience creating photo realistic materials (not stylised)., • Ability to work well self-directed, • A high level of attention to aesthetic detail., • A passion for motorsport, • Exceptional verbal communication skills, • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external, • Experience of working within a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

As a Senior Spine Animator, you’ll play a key role in defining the motion identity and emotional feel of our game. You will report directly to the Art Director and partner closely with 2D Artists, UI/UX Designers, Game Designers, Tech Artists, and Unity Developers to drive expressive, high-quality animation that enhances gameplay clarity and player satisfaction, and contribute to shaping how Homa raises the bar in interactive animation. Your main responsibilities will include: • Create high-quality 2D character, prop, VFX, and UI animations using Spine and Unity: ensuring every movement feels polished, intentional, and emotionally engaging, • Own the animation pipeline from rig setup to in-engine integration: guaranteeing smooth implementation, performance optimization, and technical consistency, • Collaborate cross-functionally to prototype and refine gameplay motion: making sure animation enhances feedback, readability, and overall game feel, • Define and maintain animation quality standards across features and live content: balancing aesthetic excellence with mobile performance constraints, • Inject personality, rhythm, and weight into loops and transitions: turning simple interactions into memorable, satisfying moments This is a great opportunity to own and elevate the animation craft of a live game, influence quality standards at scale, and leave a lasting creative footprint on millions of players. This is a critical role in a product that drives millions in direct revenue every year. You’ll bring deep e-commerce and UX expertise, strong product thinking, and a data-driven mindset to a platform used daily by high-intent guests across web and mobile. You’ll help define the future of booking journeys, conversion pathways, merchandising patterns, upsells, and the core flows that make Book a true competitive advantage. You’ll work end-to-end: discovery, research, concepting, prototyping, testing, and final UI. You’ll operate within our design system while also maturing it. You’ll collaborate tightly with product, engineering, data and commercial teams — bringing clarity to complex problems and moving fast without dropping quality. A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work with clear commercial outcomes. Strong UX capabilities: user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, IA. Strong UI craft with a clean, contemporary digital aesthetic. Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, CRO and A/B testing to guide decisions. Comfortable designing for mobile-first experiences and responsive interfaces. Experienced running user interviews, usability tests and research cycles.
