This role involves overseeing the creative and technical aspects of music production, including beat creation, arrangement, mixing, and mastering. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping the album’s artistic direction, ensuring a cohesive and modern sound that meets industry standards. The project is long-term and offers the flexibility of remote collaboration, making it suitable for producers with a strong portfolio and a passion for innovative music. Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the artist to define and execute the album’s creative vision, • Produce original beats and musical arrangements tailored to each track, • Oversee the recording process and provide guidance on vocal and instrumental performances, • Professionally mix all tracks to achieve clarity, balance, and commercial appeal, • Master final versions for digital distribution across major platforms, • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality throughout the project, • Proven experience as a Music Producer with a portfolio of completed projects, preferably albums, • Advanced proficiency in digital audio workstations (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Pro Tools), • Strong skills in mixing and mastering for digital release, • Deep understanding of current music trends and industry standards, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines
