Domiciliary Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Private Audiology Company Location: Hertfordshire Region- Mobile Position Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 Salary: Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car and fuel covered Commission: On target earnings: £60,000 - £90,000 Depending on Sales (Uncapped) Employment Type: Full time / Permanent. Part time possible – please enquire Visa Sponsorship: Available (Skilled Worker / Tier 2) Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading Domiciliary company, who provide Audiology and Ophthalmology services to patients in the community. As a domiciliary Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will support some of our most vulnerable patients by improving their hearing in the comfort of their own homes. You will play a key role in delivering audiological assessments and hearing care services both at patients’ homes, in-store at select locations, and in collaboration with the NHS. Package / Benefits: • Basic salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience), • 33 Days Annual Leave – 25+8 Bank Holidays, • Uncapped commission – OTE £65,000–£90,000+ (Uncapped), • Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 17:30, • Visa sponsorship available (Skilled Worker), • Travel support: either company car, car allowance, or mileage reimbursement, • Ongoing professional development and career progression, • Supportive and inclusive team culture Key Responsibilities: • Provide domiciliary full hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and aftercare in patients’ homes., • Perform earwax / micro-suction removal where required., • Recommend hearing aid and assistive technology solutions tailored to each patient., • Manage your own diary/travel schedule, ensuring patient appointments in-home across the region., • Maintain excellent clinical standards and ensure great patient experience., • Achieve and drive commercial targets and contribute to clinic growth. What We’re Looking For: • HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (eligible/registered), • Strong experience in private practice or domiciliary audiology, including hearing aid dispensing, sales/recommendations, • Confident in micro-suction or willing to train / develop in that area, • Comfortable with travel, organising your caseload across a geographic area, • Excellent communication, patient care and interpersonal skills, • Self-motivated, reliable, able to manage a busy schedule Interview / Selection Process: • Initial video / phone interview to assess fit (clinical & commercial), • Practical/working interview (could include a half-day, demonstrating clinical skills such as micro-suction, patient handling, domiciliary assessments), • Formal offer and onboarding sessions Why This Role / What Makes It Special: • Opportunity to lead in domiciliary audiology: autonomy over patient care, travel, scheduling, • Work in a supportive, clinically excellent environment, • Combine high quality care with commercial performance — great for those who enjoy both clinical and business aspects of audiology Interested?
