    Job Description: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the fragrance e-commerce space. Define target audiences and create customer personas to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Content Marketing: Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, product descriptions, videos, and social media posts. Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all digital channels. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing materials. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, product pages, and blog posts to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance results. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Segment email lists to deliver personalized and relevant content to different audience groups. Analyze email campaign metrics and optimize for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay current and competitive. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, SEMrush) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Use data to inform and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the e-commerce, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify marketing initiatives. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

If you’re an experienced General Manager with great energy and leadership skills, you'll thrive in this role. The restaurant is around 90 covers 🪑 and our biggest site as of today! We have a strong mix of in house 🍽️ and delivery 🥡 sales. About the Role : -All the usual GM admin stuffs, such as KPI, being on top of Health & Safety, team onboarding/training. -Ordering and stock management. -A big part of the role is on shift management of the team : writing the sections, doing briefs, delegation of tasks, complaint handling, ensuring opens/closes are to standard etc. -Strong relationship with the kitchen. We don't see the pass as a divide and with an open kitchen, we've always encouraged constructive and productive relationships between FOH and BOH. -Systems : we're using are Planday (Rotas), Supy (ordering and stock management), Flexebee (Training), VitaMojo/ Deliveroo (EPOS), Google Sheets (reporting). -Pay + Contract 🤑. This is an annual salary contract working 45h/week that requires a mix of opens/closes over 5 days a week.. The pay is a mix of basic (£36K) and service charge (between £10-12K) and bonuses (Deliveroo + targets around £6K) About You☺️ -Previous GM experience is essential. Passion for service, people and food. Our burger is insanely good and we're famous for it, but the atmosphere and team are just as important to the guest experience. -Great leadership skills. Your role is to inject your energy and positivity into the atmosphere. Taking the time to use your past experience to train and mentor your team. Working closely with our Head Office on projects to move the business forward.
