At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences. Learn more at . Visit our Mission and Culture doc . Remote (UK-based) Reactive Markets is the 2026 OTC Trading Platform of the Year (_). Our network handles over $50 billion in daily trading volumes across FX, Equities, and Cryptocurrency, connecting 40+ of the world's leading liquidity providers. We build trading systems that operate at the edge of what's technically possible — where nanoseconds matter and a dropped message costs real money. Our engineering team is small, senior, and deeply invested in the craft of building cutting edge, reliable, high-performance systems. We're hiring the first dedicated Technical Delivery Analyst. You will own the delivery of software projects end-to-end — from requirements through to production — working alongside engineers to ensure work lands on time, risks are visible, and stakeholders always know where things stand. As our engineering organisation grows into more specialised teams, you are the person who sits across the space between them — owning the dependencies, coordination, and communication that no single team owns. This is not an administrative role. You need to understand the technology being built, speak credibly with engineers about architecture and trade-offs, and translate technical reality into clear communication for the business. You are the person who knows what is happening, why it matters, and what might go wrong — and you make sure everyone else knows too. You will work closely with the Head of Technical Delivery and daily with Engineering, TechOps, and Product, with regular interaction with client-facing teams (Sales, Client Services). The role offers a clear path to Delivery Manager as the team grows and you take on broader ownership. Delivery Ownership: Own projects from inception to production — responsible for outcomes, not just process Understand technical scope, architecture, and dependencies well enough to anticipate problems before they surface Ensure infrastructure, testing, performance, and operational readiness are considered from the start Know the current state of your projects at all times Communication: Communicate early and often — bad news delivered early is manageable; bad news delivered late is a crisis Provide honest, accurate status updates — never spin, never hide, never assume someone else will raise it Tailor to the audience — technical detail for engineers, business impact for leadership, actionable clarity for everyone Technical Engagement: Participate meaningfully in technical discussions — you don't write code, but you understand what is being built and why Engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and integration points to accurately assess delivery risk Bridge engineering and business by translating technical constraints into language stakeholders can act on Risk Management: Identify risks early through genuine understanding of the work, not by reading ticket statuses Escalate with context — what is the risk, what is the impact, what are the options Contribute to post-incident reviews with a delivery lens — impact, learnings, prevention Continuous Improvement: Look for friction in how work flows and propose practical improvements Experiment with AI tooling to improve delivery efficiency — reporting, analysis, coordination, and communication Maintain delivery tooling as a means to an end, not an end in itself Technical: 2+ years' experience in technical delivery, project management, or software engineering Previously worked as a software developer, or strong hands-on technical experience with software systems Comfortable reading code, reviewing pull requests for context, and understanding technical trade-offs without simplification Knows what "done" looks like in production — tested, deployed, monitored, documented Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence) — values principles over ceremony Financial services or trading technology experience is a strong advantage How you work: You own it. End-to-end responsibility. If it's your project, it's your problem — you don't wait for someone to tell you something is off You communicate clearly. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Concise, precise, and honest under pressure. Confident raising difficult topics early — with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership alike — and you absorb pushback as readily as you give it, redirecting heat toward the outcome rather than taking it personally You build trust. Engineers respect people who understand the work, tell the truth, and follow through — not a title. You are genuinely interested in the people you work with, and over time they bring you problems before those problems reach a ticket You steady the room. When a project is drifting or an incident is live, you lower the temperature rather than raise it — calm, calibrated, and focused on what needs to happen next You think in outcomes. Updating a board is not the same as delivering software. You impose structure where needed without over-engineering process You stay technically curious. You genuinely want to understand how systems work and fit together. You don't simplify away the complexity that matters You write things down. Documentation is how we scale knowledge across a distributed team. If it's not written down, it doesn't exist You exercise judgement. You know when to escalate, when to solve, and when to ask for help You embrace AI tooling. We use AI tools to amplify our delivery capability — from reporting and analysis to coordination and communication. You should be curious and willing to learn Real delivery problems — owning end-to-end project outcomes on a market-leading trading platform with genuine scale and technical depth Breadth of exposure — work across the full engineering organisation: backend, frontend, platform, infrastructure, and TechOps An excellent team — senior engineers who care about craft, collaborate openly, and hold each other to high standards Direct mentorship — access to the Head of Technical Delivery for coaching, feedback, and professional development Career progression — a clear path to Delivery Manager as the team grows and you take on broader ownership Competitive package — up to 30 days leave + bank holidays, private health insurance, pension, life insurance, dental/optical cashback, cycle to work, socials and offsites Remote-friendly — work from home with flexibility. We trust our people to deliver Sustainable pace — we work hard, but we don't burn people out. Balance is how we stay sharp We believe in transparency, honest feedback, and writing things down. We celebrate delivery, not activity. We frame AI as empowering people — removing toil, amplifying capability, enabling higher-value work. We aim to build systems that don't depend on the heroics of individuals to maintain and support — systems and processes that are resilient, documented, and sustainable. We keep our process focused and respectful of your time. Our process follows three stages. Stage 1: Initial Conversation with Talent Acquisition Format: Video call, ~30-45 minutes Stage 2: Hiring Manager Conversation with the relevant team lead or hiring manager Format: Video call, ~60 minutes Stage 3: Senior Leadership Conversation with our CTO Format: Video call, ~60 minutes What to expect in each stage will be explained by Talent Acquisition if you're invited to interview. Throughout the process, we aim to keep momentum with no unnecessary delays between stages, and feedback typically comes within a few business days. *Please note that depending on availability, Stage 2 and 3 may swap around. Please apply directly via this job posting — all applications, including those submitted via LinkedIn, are managed through our applicant tracking system, so you'll always land in the same place regardless of where you found this role. Right to Work: Candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Equal Opportunities: Reactive Markets is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. Reasonable Adjustments: If you need any adjustments or support during the application or interview process, please let us know — we're happy to accommodate. Data Protection: By applying, you consent to Reactive Markets processing your personal data for recruitment purposes, in line with our privacy policy [link to be added]. #Hiring #TechnicalDelivery #FinTech #TradingTechnology #RemoteWork #ProjectManagement

Positioned at the critical intersection of elite cloud ecosystems (including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure) and tier-1 Global System Integrators (such as Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, and Cognizant), this role is the primary engine for driving partner-vetted pipeline expansion and programmatic co-sell acceleration. Operating at the Senior/Lead level, you do not manage passive referral lists; you build unassailable commercial frameworks that embed Sonatype's AI-driven DevSecOps intelligence natively into large-scale cloud modernization and digital transformation practices. This high-velocity role is engineered for a highly motivated, independent team player with deep business acumen and a proven track record of shifting seamlessly between program development and field execution. Based on the US East Coast and/or EMEA with a global coverage footprint, you will serve as the connective tissue between individual contributors, senior sales executives, and external channel leadership. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats simultaneously operating as a program manager, business analyst, and business development manager to design joint sales initiatives, build deep technical relationships, and systematically map target accounts. Revenue Target Domination: Consistently achieving and exceeding assigned global quarterly and annual revenue objectives through highly structured, high-yield co-selling motions. Ecosystem Capability Elevation: Developing internal and partner ecosystem training playbooks that build real-world capability, ensuring partners can independently demonstrate product value and protect the customer lifecycle. Field Alignment Synergy: Synchronizing sales cycles so that field teams across North America and EMEA experience frictionless co-selling, utilizing joint account-mapping cadences to systematically unlock new enterprise logos. Partner-originated and partner-influenced pipeline metrics meet or exceed assigned segment targets quarterly. Cloud marketplace gross transaction volume (GMV) scales continuously, making Sonatype the preferred mechanism for enterprises securing cloud-native environments. Joint value propositions and technical alliance frameworks are maintained with absolute precision, clearly differentiating Sonatype against legacy SCA market alternatives. Account mapping initiatives bridge the gap cleanly between the sales field and partner target accounts, driving targeted alignment with Sonatype sales CapDB A/B focus accounts. Alliance Architecture Strategy: Design and execute the global co-sell and commercialization roadmap for designated cloud marketplace and system integrator ecosystems. Planning & Business Review Governance: Lead and execute an annual and quarterly business planning process using a strategic planning model to identify key go-to-market strategies and clear revenue metrics. Pipeline Forecasting Rigor: Provide regular, high-integrity weekly forecasts of partner sales within your designated region, maintaining a real-time, updated view of partner pipelines, deal flow, and historical metrics. Commercial Framework Engineering: Structure, negotiate, and execute complex Cloud Partner Private Offers (CPPOs) and multi-party enterprise transaction models to close new accounts and expand existing partner revenues. Multi-Persona Communication Mastery: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; highly effective at securing meetings and closing business with senior-level channel executives, while maintaining strong collaborative links with internal individual contributors. Demand Generation & Program Orchestration: Proven experience planning and managing a systematic approach to demand generation, co-marketing initiatives, and joint pipeline development loops with partners. Who are We? Grip is the AI-powered, end-to-end event platform built for engagement. The flexible system helps commercial event organisers like Ascential, Hyve, Emerald and Clarion Events boost revenue by establishing, maintaining and tracking relationships between participants over multiple events. This is possible because Grip goes beyond networking. It combines AI with billions of interactions happening across the platform with a powerful event management system, seamless registration and award-winning mobile event app so participants meet the right people at the right time. The Role We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks agentically, someone who approaches data not as an end in itself, but as the foundation that makes intelligent, AI-powered systems possible. Grip is building toward a platform where AI agents act on behalf of organisers and participants. To get there, the data that underpins that layer needs to be right. That's where this role starts: getting hands-on with data ingestion, understanding how data moves through the platform, and building the clean, well-structured data layer that agentic systems depend on. You'll work on system integrations, ETL pipelines and CDP tracking, not as traditional data plumbing work, but with a clear eye on what the AI layer above it will need. You'll be the person asking "is this data structured in a way an agent can use?" before asking "does this data exist?". As that foundation takes shape, your scope expands naturally into Grip's MCP design, agentic workflows and AI system architecture. In your own workflow, agentic tooling is already the default. You use Claude Code, GitHub automations and agents to manage your output, not because you were asked to, but because it's simply how you operate. This position is a remote role based in the UK. Core Responsibilities Building the data layer for agentic systems - immediate focus Diagnose and resolve current data integration challenges within Engage, with a clear view of how clean data enables AI capabilities downstream. Own the product roadmap for data integrations, mapping how data flows through Grip and shaping it for both current reporting needs and future agentic use. Drive API integration work with organiser systems, third-party providers and enterprise platforms, always considering how data will be consumed by AI systems. Work with data engineers on ETL pipeline design and dataset structure, thinking about what format and fidelity AI agents will require. Maintain and evolve event tracking via our CDPs to ensure data is complete, accurate and machine-usable. Define success metrics and build feedback loops that keep product decisions grounded in data. Expanding into AI & agentic - as your scope grows Contribute to MCP tool design, shaping how Grip's data is exposed and consumed within agentic systems. Work with the Data and AI squad to identify where agentic capabilities create genuine product value. Develop working knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and security for AI systems. How you work Run squad ceremonies, standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives. Work closely with engineering leads to manage trade-offs, resolve blockers and maintain a healthy backlog. Default to agentic tooling, Claude Code, GitHub automations and agents, to manage your own workflows, solve problems and contribute to minor fixes. Your Career Path We are highly invested in your development, and your career path will be a standing, dedicated item in your regular check-ins with your line manager. As a Product Manager at Grip you will have plenty of opportunities to grow and try new things, leading others or owning technical initiatives across the organisation. We operate with a clear progression framework and use quarterly performance reviews to reflect and set goals so that you can achieve your full potential. Grip Benefits Grip is a remote-first company, but we have an office in London Bridge which you're welcome to use as much as you like Company Training Sponsorship Programme 25 holiday days per year Sabbatical Leave Career Progression Pathways — an opportunity to take the lead in shaping an entire industry through AI Kind, fun and ambitious company culture Group Life Insurance and company health plan Who You Are A PM who thinks agentically, your instinct when looking at a data problem is to ask what an AI system would need from it, not just what a dashboard would show. 3+ years of product management experience with a strong data background, ideally in technical or platform roles. Solid understanding of data architecture and ETL pipelines. You can have a credible conversation with a data engineer about ingestion, transformation and how data is structured for downstream use. Literate in APIs and integration patterns. You can interrogate a data contract and de-risk integration work alongside engineers. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at and follow us on and _. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the UK. About Product Management: As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential. Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. The opportunity: As the Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end journey for helping people and agents instrument workloads and successfully send useful OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud. Your mission is to make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads. You’ll reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and failure points users encounter between deciding to adopt OpenTelemetry and receiving healthy, correctly attributed, and actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud. Teams can instrument workloads, directly or with the help of coding agents, through OpenTelemetry SDKs, automatic instrumentation technologies such as Beyla and SDK injection, or client-side OpenTelemetry Collectors. Each path presents different decisions, deployment requirements, configuration steps, and potential failure modes. You’ll define a coherent experience that helps users choose the right approach, complete setup successfully, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether their telemetry is healthy and useful. You’ll design a future in which a growing share of instrumentation work is performed by coding agents acting on behalf of developers. This means treating agents are first-class participants in the experience and ensuring that instrumentation options, configuration requirements, errors, and validation signals are structured, discoverable, and actionable by both humans and machines. Your scope will include: • OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration, • Automatic instrumentation experiences, including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection, • Client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding, • Collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity, • Guidance and machine-readable context that help people and agents choose the right instrumentation approach, • Workflows that allow coding-agents to implement, configure and verify instrumentation safely, • Troubleshooting missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry, • Validation signals that allow both people and agents to confirm that telemetry is healthy, correctly attributed, and usable in Grafana Cloud, • The transition from receiving telemetry to activating the appropriate Grafana Cloud observability solution Success does not stop when Grafana Cloud receives the first data point. Telemetry must arrive with the quality, context, and structure required to support meaningful observability outcomes. You’ll partner closely with teams responsible for experiences such as Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability, and Drilldown Apps to ensure OpenTelemetry workloads receive a first-class experience from initial setup through first value. This is a horizontal Staff-level product leadership role spanning multiple products and engineering teams. You may not directly own every SDK, collector, instrumentation technology, or downstream application involved in the journey. You will, however, be accountable for the coherence of the overall customer experience, its success measures, and the cross-product strategy required to improve it. AI will also be part of how you work, not only what you build. You’ll be expected to use AI tools regularly to accelerate customer-research synthesis, analyze product signals, explore technical workflows, prototype experiences, develop positioning content, and test agent-led instrumentation journeys. You’ll model thoughtful, hands-on adoption of AI while applying strong judgement to its outputs. The role is not focused on developing OpenTelemetry as an open source project in isolation. You’ll engage with and contribute to the OpenTelemetry ecosystem where appropriate, while measuring success through customer activation and outcomes in Grafana Cloud. What You’ll Be Doing: • Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions, • Create coherent, opinionated experiences that help users choose and implement the right approach across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving the flexibility advanced users require, • Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry, • Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across the product and engineering teams contributing to the OpenTelemetry journey, • Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure outcomes such as onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion, • Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud solution teams to create a coherent transition from telemetry ingestion to meaningful product activation, • Extend beyond product delivery to how the OpenTelemetry experience is positioned and brought to market. In partnership with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help define the product narrative, sharpen out differentiation, and develop launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns that create demand and accelerate customer activation., • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver and communicate a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience, • Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions What makes you a great fit: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or another technically complex B2B product domain, • Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams or product areas without relying on direct organizational authority, • Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, telemetry context, and semantic conventions, • Experience using or building instrumentation systems, agents, telemetry collectors, configuration products, or related infrastructure, • An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and operating software across Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments, • Experience turning complex onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows into clear and approachable product experiences, • A history of using customer research and product data to make decisions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus Points: • Experience contributing to or building products around the OpenTelemetry or broader open source observability ecosystem, • Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation, • Firsthand experience as an SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner, • Experience building product-led onboarding, configuration-validation, or telemetry-health experiences at scale In the UK, the base compensation range for this role is GBP 117,949- GBP 141,539.
