JOB TITLE – Junior Sous Chef DEPARTMENT – Culinary, Coldra Court Hotel CONTRACT TYPE - Permanent RATE OF PAY – £13.30 per hour, plus service charge, plus excellent company benefits HOURS – 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 LOCATION – Newport, NP18 2LX ID – Req5263 OVERVIEW - Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Junior Sous Chef ‘Hospitality Heroes’ based at our wonderful Coldra Court Hotel - just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from ‘Manor to Marina’.
