The successful candidate will be a whole-school leader first, with particular strategic accountability for behaviour, attendance, wellbeing and safeguarding. They will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to establish and sustain a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and excellent pastoral care, and will deputise for the Headteacher when required.
