About The Blue Stoops The Blue Stoops is one of Notting Hill's most talked-about pubs. Sitting at the heart of Kensington Church Street and backed by the heritage of Allsopp's Brewery - one of England's oldest brewing names - we opened with a clear intent: serve great British food, keep the beer exceptional, and run a pub that people genuinely want to spend time in. The kitchen has been winning attention from the outset. Critics have praised our approach to proper, ingredient-led British cooking - the kind of food that's confident rather than clever, sourced carefully and cooked well. Our Sunday lunches pack the room, the weekday covers are building steadily, and the menu moves with the seasons. There's real ambition here, and it's been noticed. This is a small, focused operation where the team is tight-knit and the standards are high. We're growing, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. The Role We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to step up into a leadership position in our BOH team. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you'll be hands-on at every service and take genuine ownership of your sections.
