Responsibilities • General household cleaning- Our goal is to have our client’s homes gleaming and leave them with a smile. • Window & floor cleaning – We aim to make them shine bright like a diamond! • Bed changeovers- Who doesn’t love that fresh linen feeling? • Ironing – Our clients love to look sharp too, so some ironing is to be expected upon request • Travel light – You must be able to identify, and agree to use the appropriate cleaning products and equipment. These will be provided by our clients. • Client Focused – We want our clients to always have a seamless and hassle-free experience. Being able to respond to client requests promptly and courteously is a must. Skills • Previous experience in cleaning is desirable, but not essential. • Excellent time-management skills. Efficiency is key to completing tasks and arriving to appointments on time. • A strong attention to detail. You must be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Exceptional customer service & communication skills. You must be able to interact positively and respectfully with our clients. • Ability to work independently and keep good records. Please bear in mind that this is a self-employed role. • Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential.
