We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in Luton United Kingdom. As a Night Auditor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and overseeing financial accuracy. • Welcome late-arriving guests and bid farewell to early departures providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay, • Perform daily reconciliation of the hotels financial transactions including checking and preparing reports completing audits and collating necessary paperwork for departures, • Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests ensuring all information is recorded accurately, • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently maximizing guest satisfaction while maintaining property safety and security, • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns ensuring total customer satisfaction, • Prepare and distribute relevant reports to appropriate departments, • Oversee the hotels overnight operations taking initiative to resolve any issues that may arise, • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications : • High school diploma or equivalent, • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously, • Good understanding of finance and accounting practices, • Proficiency in basic computer skills and hotel management software (knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus), • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently, • Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) including weekends and holidays, • Ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately, • Willingness to take ownership and initiative in various tasks as required, • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, • Basic understanding of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry is preferred Remote Work : No Employment Type : Part-time Key Skills Customer Service,Hotel Experience,Hospitality Experience,Guest Relations Experience,Math,Windows,Facilities Management,Night Audit,Front Desk,Guest Services,Phone Etiquette,Word Processing Experience: years Vacancy: 1
