Job Description Duties and Responsibilities • Perform NDT inspections using methods such as UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), and VT (Visual Testing)., • Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications., • Ensure compliance with ISO 3834 welding quality requirements and TWI best practices., • Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation., • Collaborate with welding inspectors, quality engineers, and production teams to ensure product integrity., • Participate in audits and quality reviews as required., • Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards., • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in all testing activities. Qualifications Qualifications • Certification in NDT methods (e.g., PCN, ASNT Level II or III, or equivalent)., • Familiarity with ISO 3834, 5817 EN 1090, and TWI welding inspection standards., • Strong understanding of welding processes, metallurgy, and defect characterization., • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills., • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and weld maps.
