Administrator Temporary Overview Were delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced varied role. Youll be supporting both front and back-office functions managing information producing reports and ensuring processes run smoothly all while working collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies. This is a full-time temporary position offering great variety and the chance to make a real difference. Details: • Full-time ongoing temporary position (approx. 6 weeks), • Immediate start, • Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, • Wakefield - office based, • Up to 14 per hour (depending on experience), • Must hold a valid DBS Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support across the service ensuring accuracy and confidentiality., • Maintain records and ensure compliance with data protection and information governance., • Coordinate meetings schedules and reporting deadlines., • Assist with data collection analysis and the production of performance reports., • Support the implementation of digital services and marketing to stakeholders., • Liaise with colleagues and partner agencies to maintain effective communication., • Prioritise workloads adapt to changing needs and meet deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy administrative and customer service role., • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and database use., • Excellent organisational communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail., • MUST hold a valid DBS If youre a confident and adaptable administrator who can hit the ground running wed love to hear from you.
