As a key point of contact, you support customers throughout their repair journey and help keep site operations running smoothly day to day. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, coordination and the collection and delivery of customer vehicles, requiring good judgement, organisation and a professional approach. As a Customer Consultant, you'll balance customer care with practical, site-based responsibilities.
