Lita Marylebone is seeking an outstanding Sous Chef to join its Michelin-starred kitchen. Since opening in March 2024, Lita was awarded its first Michelin star in under a year, retaining it in 2025. This role is ideal for a driven chef who values produce, precision, and long-term professional growth within a fast-growing international hospitality group. Lita is a modern Mediterranean bistro centred around open-fire cooking, located in the heart of Marylebone. Serving up to 80 guests, the restaurant celebrates the flavours of Southern Europe through a produce-driven, seasonal menu that evolves constantly. Condé Nast Traveller You will work closely with Kostas Papathanasiou, an internationally respected chef whose career spans some of the worlds most celebrated kitchens, including The Fat Duck and The Ledbury. As Executive Chef at Restaurant Frantzén, Kostas played a key role in maintaining three Michelin stars and securing global recognition among The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants. You will be part of a senior team with decades of experience across Michelin-starred kitchens and world-class hospitality. The role As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the daily operation of the kitchen while actively contributing to its creative direction and standards.
