What we look for: • Ability to provide specialised occupational therapy assessment and treatment for residents/participants., • Willingness to work in adherence to Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and Consultation Observation Tool (COT) and other practice guidelines., • Ability to identify activity needs and wishes through various approaches such as assessments, observations, and discussions then use these to implement plans of action., • Ability to recognise signs of deteriorating mental health, physical health, or other health implications and initiate appropriate interventions to prevent crisis or other risks., • Supporting residents/participants with the relevant life skills, knowledge, and resources to support their journey to achieve independence and their desired goals.
