This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment with national reporting requirements while supporting the delivery of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will operate at a senior level across the organisation, providing leadership, challenge and expert advice on performance management and data-led decision making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership teams, to strengthen performance reporting, governance and insight capability. The role also involves collaborating with digital and data teams to improve systems and tools that support performance tracking and analysis.
