Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist/Sports Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored treatments, and promoting overall health, recovery, and relaxation. Duties -Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences. -Deliver a range of massage and sports therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy treatments, to address client concerns. -Maintain a clean and organised treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitised. -Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress to enhance service delivery. -Educate clients on the benefits of massage and sports therapy and recommend self-care practices for continued wellness. -Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for clients’ health goals. This is a hands-on management role where you will lead by example, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver outstanding service to clients. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites., • Develop cleaning schedules and quality control checks., • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards., • Handle staffing, training, and performance management., • Manage budgets, supplies, and equipment., • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction.
