The kitchen is open throughout the day, providing fresh cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great quality food on a day to day basis and for functions and events. The successful candidate will: -be passionate about serving good quality, fresh food. -lead service and be confident preparing a range of dishes -work with the catering manager to devise menus and plan for functions and events -Ensure that the cleaning of the kitchen and service areas are to the agreed standard -understand and comply with food hygiene regulations The shift pattern will be a range of daytime and evening service, with the latest finish time of 9:30pm, weekend work will also be required.
