As we scale, we're building the growth function inside product marketing. Every experiment you run, every channel you test, and every hypothesis you form will be grounded in product marketing insights. This is not a performance marketing role and not a classic PMM role.

This is an opportunity to define how a globally recognised, design-led brand shows up in the digital world. We're partnering exclusively with a market-leading business with over four decades of heritage in creating high-performance textiles for some of the world's most recognised hospitality, healthcare and commercial spaces. Now, they're investing heavily in the future of AI & content and looking for someone to lead that evolution. This is a newly created role sitting at the intersection of creativity, technology and storytelling. You’ll take ownership of motion and multimedia output, developing visually striking content that elevates brand presence across digital platforms and physical environments. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design and commercial teams, while also having the autonomy to experiment and push creative boundaries. • Producing high-quality video, animation and motion graphics for campaigns, launches and digital channels, • Integrating AI tools into creative workflows (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora‑style platforms), • Creating platform‑optimised content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and paid media, • Bringing key brand narratives, design, sustainability and innovation to life visually, • Developing a scalable, organised library of content assets and templates, • Acting as an internal advocate for emerging creative technology and AI capabilities A successful Motion and AI Content Creator should have: • Proven experience in motion design, video editing or animation, • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), • Exposure to AI‑powered creative tools and a genuine curiosity to explore further, • Excellent eye for detail, composition and brand storytelling, • Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects, • A strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates your motion work, • Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine), • Skills in colour grading, sound design, or videography, • Background in a design‑led, interiors or product‑focused industry, • Competitive salary ranging from £38,500 to £45,000 per annum., • Permanent position based in Lancashire., • Opportunity to work in a small‑sized organisation with a focus on innovation., • Potential for professional growth and development within the industrial and manufacturing sector., • Work within a highly respected, design‑driven global business, • A genuine opportunity to leave a visible creative imprint, • Hybrid working (2/3 days in the office) This won't suit someone looking for a steady‑state content role. But if you want to build, experiment and push what's possible with motion and AI and do it within a brand that values design at its core then this is worth exploring #J-18808-Ljbffr
