Cleaner Required Monday to Friday working 08:00-18:00 Working across Northamptonshire Full UK drivers licence required. £12.71 per hour. An experienced industrial cleaner is required to work on construction sites across Northamptonshire cleaning newly constructed residential homes. Stage 1 - Initial clean - removing all wrapping from kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning of doors windows and window sills. Stage 2 & 3 - second clean after first snag has been completed, Cleaning the whole house for inspection by company directors and perspective purchasers Stage 4 - Final deep clean of the whole house, doors, windows, window frames and sills, skirting boards Kitchens & bathrooms, carpets and floors before purchaser occupies. Travel up to 30 miles. All homes are required to be cleaned to a high specification prior to occupation by the purchaser. To be considered for this role the following criteria is essential Have experience of industrial cleaning being factories, warehouses, construction sites, street cleaning, graffiti or adhesive removals Be fluent in English Be flexible regarding working hours Be willing to work in dirty and dusty environment £12.71 per hour This is a very physical and active role and you will be on your feet all day. You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, working on component analysis, design optimisation, and customer liaison—providing technical guidance and representing your organisation professionally at all stages. More specifically: Leading product/systems project management from concept through to series production. Performing technical design, analysis, and optimisation of auxiliary axles and suspension systems. Creating and maintaining detailed drawings using Siemens NX CAD and ANSYS FEA software. Carrying out feasibility studies, design reviews, and engineering calculations, including customer site assessments. Acting as the primary technical interface with customers and resolving technical issues with suppliers. Participating in design reviews, DFMA activities, and product risk assessments. Defining part numbers, assembly structures, and selecting proprietary components. Collaborating with testing teams to develop validation plans and support product testing activities. Supporting warranty evaluations due to field failure analysis. Managing documentation such as Product Change Requests and Engineering Change Notes. Ensuring all project documentation complies with IATF 16949 standards. You will have To succeed as a Project Engineer here, you will have a healthy mix of the following: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Good working knowledge of castings, machining, GD&T, fabrications, and welding processes. Proven project management experience, ideally within an automotive or manufacturing environment. Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels. Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving. Excellent CAD and FEA skills, preferably with Siemens NX and ANSYS. Ability to perform fundamental structural calculations confidently. Business-fluent English language skills. Flexibility to travel internationally when required, with a valid UK driving licence.
