Senior Care Assistant – Days or Nights – Luxury Retirement Home – AV1998 Location: Nailsea, Somerset Pay: £15.00 per hour Hours: Full Time – Days or Nights Available About the Home Avon Search is recruiting on behalf of a well-established luxury residential and nursing care home located in the heart of Nailsea, Somerset. This purpose-built 62-bed home provides high-quality residential, nursing and respite care within a welcoming and supportive environment. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and mature greenery, the home combines peaceful countryside surroundings with the convenience of nearby shops, cafés and excellent transport links. The experienced management team leads a dedicated workforce of around 75 staff, creating a caring and professional atmosphere where residents receive truly person-centred support. The Role As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents while providing guidance and leadership to the wider care team.
