Part-Time Nanny – East London We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and caring part-time nanny to help support our family with school pick-ups, after-school activities, meals and the children’s evening routine. The role will involve travelling between Barbican, Woodford and East London, so reliability, punctuality and confidence travelling around London with children are essential. Key Responsibilities • School pick-ups from Barbican and Woodford, • Safely accompanying the children home and to scheduled activities, • Once a week: collecting a child from Barbican, taking them to Angel, and afterwards bringing them to their parents in East London, • Supervising the children during playtime and playdates, • Helping with homework and reading, • Preparing food, snacks and healthy evening meals, • General food preparation for the children, • Keeping children’s areas tidy after meals and activities, • Helping with the children’s evening and bedtime routine, • Putting the children to bed when required, • Keeping parents updated regarding the children, activities and any issues What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Responsible and extremely trustworthy, • Caring, patient and confident with children, • Reliable and punctual, • Organised and able to manage different school and activity schedules, • Comfortable preparing and cooking children’s meals, • Happy to help with homework, • Confident supervising playdates and activities, • Comfortable travelling across London with children, • Able to provide a safe, calm and positive environment Previous nanny or childcare experience is preferred, along with suitable references.
