Product Backlog Management: • Understand requirements and creates precise user stories for development and testing., • Creates and maintains a well-structured product backlog., • Refines and prioritizes backlog items to ensure alignment with the product vision., • Ensures solutions / designs are fully documented and regularly updated on confluence Prioritization: • Prioritizes product features and backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility., • Ensures that the product backlog is well-defined, groomed, and prioritized. Stakeholder Management: • Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations., • Manages stakeholder expectations and communicates product progress effectively. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment: • Experienced Applicant +7y, • Experience of Financial Services, • Experience of account to account Payments, • Knowledge of product management tools and techniques., • Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis., • Knowledge of ISO20022 and payments integrationS Scrum Team Collaboration: • Works closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog is understood and executed effectively., • Attends and participates in Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Value Delivery: • Ensures that the product delivers value to customers and meets business objectives., • Measures and tracks product performance to identify areas for improvement.
