Junior Stylists at ASOS are highly organised enthusiastic and efficient with an eye for fashion photography and seamless operations. As one of our Junior Stylists you will be working closely with the Stylists and Senior Stylists in ASOS Studios. You will support department efficiency whilst thinking commercially and innovatively to deliver the best e-commerce assets in the industry for our 20 something customer. As well as supporting Senior Stylists and Styling Managers with prep and on set for for campaigns AMG social and homepage. You have the ability to successfully be a part of and support a team with a creative strategic and operational mindset. What youll be doing • Reporting directly into the Senior Stylists you will be responsible for styling on shoots in our ASOS studios, • Supporting and assisting Senior Stylists Styling Managers and Styling Lead with prep and on set on shoots that require, • Working within ASOS studios you will be required to pull styling that will represent our products in the best way true to our ASOS aesthetic, • Be required to work closely with the shoot team to ensure the shoot is executed to the highest standard, • Ensuring creative quality and volumetric KPIs are adhered to, • Collaborating with the senior stylists and studios teams to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency, • Adapting to different shoot types and styling trends and seasons, • Contributing to team and departmental meetings, • Following established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategy, • Encouraging the team to be authentic brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies leading by example, • Working closely with your Seniors Leads and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy. As a Senior Hair Stylist you will work together with your peers to bring to life the ever-evolving ASOS Creative. Youll be responsible for making sure everymodel looks and feels ASOS ready throughout their shoot day! The role requires an unflappable solution focused and hardworking individual with a passion for the brand. You have the ability to successfully be a part of and help support a team with a creative strategic and operational mindset. It is vital that you can work as a role model and are passionate about both hairstyling makeup and fashion. This role requires proficiency in both hair and makeup artistry with a stronger emphasis on Hair styling skillset What youll be doing • Reporting directly into the lead hairstylist you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day running of the hair team, • Produce excellent hair which is true to the ASOS aesthetic and appeals to the ASOS 20-something customer, • Be the go to person for all things hair related, • Be prepared to work to deadlines ensuring all models are shoot ready and all KPIs are adhered to, • Build relationships and rapport with ASOS models to instil trust in your hair ability and in the wider production department, • Developing your leadership style and communication in line with ASOS Behaviours policy, • Analysis of your own technical hair execution through daily updates and openness to improve these areas under the guidance of the team leader, • Working closely with your Leads and Management team to successfully deliver the department strategy.
