Working hours: Full time – 36 hours per week. Shifts between 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday. Schedule type: Office based with travel to sites (covering Croydon down to Brighton) and limited working from home. Due to the continued growth of our housing portfolio, we’re expanding our Property & Estate Services team and are looking for a Property Services Contracts Officer - Gas to join us at this exciting time of development. What you’ll be doing As a Property Services Contracts Officer – Gas you will support gas contract management, procurement, and performance of contracts within Property & Estate Services, liaising with colleagues and customers to enable effective monitoring of performance and feedback. You will: • Support the delivery of high-quality operational gas services by contributing to the achievement of service KPI’s, working within budget, and demonstrating value for money across the contract., • Monitor contractor’s adherence to health and safety legislation and ensuring that all works have been scheduled, coordinated, and completed within agreed timescales and budgets., • Resolve service issues and complaints promptly, capturing lessons learned and applying them to continuous improvement planning., • Maintain an accurate asset register. What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone with: • Knowledge and experience of KPI & financial management reporting., • Knowledge and experience of operational contract management including Health & Safety management., • IT proficiency & office administration experience., • Experience of working in a customer focused organisation Why join Raven? This is the final stage of the selection process and will determine the outcome of your application. 4.Feedback Feedback will be provided following the face-to-face interview stage.
