You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and share innovative blended teaching and learning resources. Your commitment to apprenticeship standards in the employer-provider sector will ensure our Apprentices make the best possible progress in developing their skills, knowledge, and behaviors. \n \n Core Duties:\n \n • Teach advanced manufacturing programs aligned with apprenticeship standards and BAE Systems learning delivery models, enhancing teaching and learning practices.\n, • Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the curriculum, promoting a positive and meaningful learning culture.\n, • Support the safeguarding of our Apprentices and wider team.\n, • Engage in the development of an inclusive blended learning approach using CANVAS, enriching curriculum delivery.\n, • Maintain current resources for all course units, including Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, and suitable teaching materials to ensure individualized learning opportunities.\n \n \n Essential Skills:\n \n, • At least an HNC degree to teach at Level 3.\n, • Experience working in a college environment.\n, • Electrical-based unit delivery experience.\n, • Familiarity with Pearson education units; practical workshop experience is a plus.\n
