As part of the conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and providing high-quality support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process., • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with laws and regulations relevant to conveyancing., • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions., • Provide accurate advice and guidance to clients on all property-related matters., • Maintain a professional, client-focused approach at all times.
