Associate Family Solicitor or CILEX Litigator (2-4 PQE) – Full-Time | Fully Remote or Hybrid Requirements: · Knowledge and experience in Advocacy Beneficial; · Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) member with 2-4 years PQE; · Qualified to Litigate (or working towards qualification); · An ADR qualification is desirable but not essential; · Strong expertise in Family Law (including experience handling complex cases such as divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements). · Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities · Delivering excellent client care, managing sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism. · Maintaining strong organisational, research, and communication standards to support effective case management and client service. · Responsible for demonstrating commercial awareness to support strategic decision-making and deliver value to clients.
