Service Technician Team Leader (Lighting & AV Systems) Wimbledon Monday–Friday £38-40k Our client is a leading provider of integrated AV, lighting, and media solutions who are looking for a Service Technician Team Leader to support service delivery across broadcast, corporate, leisure, and entertainment environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on delivering high-quality service, improving processes, and supporting the wider engineering team — without direct line management. • Lead and coordinate on-site service operations, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience, • Provide expert support across lighting systems (ETC consoles), networking, and dimming systems, • Support development of service procedures, methodologies, and technical standards, • Review site reports and drive continuous improvement and quality assurance, • Assist with service planning, RAMS, and documentation, • Collaborate across teams to support installations, repairs, and technical problem-solving Skills Needed • Strong experience in lighting / AV systems servicing and support, • Solid knowledge of ETC consoles, control systems, and networking, • Proven ability to lead on-site activities and support technical teams
