The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar team, maintaining exceptional service standards, controlling stock and costs, and ensuring the smooth running of both our main bar and garden bar. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient and professional service., • Supervise, train and motivate bartenders and bar support staff., • Ensure all staff follow cocktail recipes, drink specifications and presentation standards., • Manage stock control, ordering, stocktakes and wastage., • Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety standards., • Ensure daily and weekly cleaning schedules and operational checklists are completed., • Manage shift handovers., • Monitor beverage costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability., • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally., • Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing requirements and company procedures., • Work closely with restaurant management to maintain high operational standards.
