Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Reliability Engineer to work in Market Drayton Job Details: Pay: £50,216 per annum Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off – days only 7 am – 7 pm Duration: Permanent Benefits: Pension scheme (matched up to 4%), 282 hours annual leave, healthcare cash plan, up to 5% bonus Job Role: As a Reliability Engineer , you will work as part of a team of 6 to maintain and improve all plant, processes, and assets to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability. Your daily responsibilities will include carrying out planned preventative maintenance, resealing, rebuilding, and overhauling machinery. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment faults, supporting the Engineering Request System, and ensuring work aligns with food safety and health & safety standards.
